A tablespoon to the cup
This is rosemary left whole: the dried leaves of Salvia rosmarinus, the current name of the plant older books call Rosmarinus officinalis, loose in a resealable stand-up bag. The bag prints a simmer. One tablespoon of leaves goes into a cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes, then sits off the heat another 5 to 10 before you strain it.
The product description gives a lighter cup, a teaspoon in an infuser for three to five minutes, if you want a milder cup. At the bag's tablespoon of 3 grams, the 2 oz bag makes 20 servings. We also sell a full pound, and it earns its shelf space when the same bag feeds both your teapot and your skillet. Crush a pinch of whole leaves between your fingers right over the pan and the smell comes up at once.
